How street scores work

Every named street in a borough gets a score from 0 to 100. Scores compare streets within the same borough, not across boroughs: 50 is the median street in that borough, and a 70 in one borough is not comparable with a 70 in another.

Each factor below becomes a percentile among the borough's streets with at least 5 homes on record. The factors are combined with the weights shown, and the street score is the percentile of that weighted total. A street missing a factor is scored on the factors it has, with the weights rescaled, and is flagged as a rough guide. The scores describe streets, not individual homes, and are not a valuation.
